By accessing or using Red Flag Repair, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, quiz, or related digital products.

1. Description of Service

Red Flag Repair is an educational self-reflection tool that provides a relationship pattern quiz, free results, and optional paid digital reports.

2. Not Professional Advice

Red Flag Repair is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or crisis support.

Results are generated from your selected answers and are intended for reflection and education only. They should not be used to diagnose, label, threaten, pressure, or control yourself or another person.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the service, you confirm that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

Paid reports are digital products. Prices are displayed at checkout and payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details.

5.1 Refunds

Paid reports are one-time digital purchases. Sales are generally final once access or delivery is provided. Refunds may be considered within 7 days if there was a technical error, duplicate charge, failed delivery, or a materially incorrect purchase experience. Contact support@redflagrepair.com or reply to your Stripe receipt.

6. Intellectual Property

The website, quiz questions, scoring logic, reports, text, design, and related materials are owned by Red Flag Repair or its licensors. You may use free and paid reports for personal use, but may not copy, resell, publish, or create competing products from them without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the quiz will be accurate for every person, suitable for every relationship, uninterrupted, error-free, or capable of producing any specific relationship outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Flag Repair will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, emotional, relationship, personal, or financial damages arising from use of the service or reliance on quiz results.

Our total liability for claims related to paid products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. In the United States, call 911. If you are experiencing domestic violence, stalking, coercive control, self-harm thoughts, or fear of retaliation, seek support from local crisis or safety resources.
